For kids this month at your library

Play is learning! Join us on Friday mornings for a special playtime just for babies (0-18 months) and their caregivers.* Make connections and share experiences with other caregivers in a laid-back atmosphere, while your babies play.

*Older siblings welcome to attend, but toys and activities will be appropriate for 0-18 months. No additional toys will be available in the space.

Get ready to experience Hocus Pocus like never before! We'll have props and activities to make this an interactive movie experience. Costumes encouraged.

Hocus Pocus, 1993 has a running time of 95 minutes with a PG rating.

For all ages. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver. Registration required.

Activities will be geared toward ages 3-6.

Join us as we try out our new yard games in the park. Yard games are available for checkout for use on library grounds only.

Featuring fun crafts that maybe wacky for the time of year. Available every Wednesday. While supplies last.

Walk, crawl or run for storytime at the Carnegie Library during our fall storytime session. Each session will end with a craft.

Come to the Downtown Library and for a fun filled session of reading and crafts with Lisa and Robyn! Make new friends and learn some new skills. We can't wait to see you there!

The Book Buddies Pony Express Therapy Dogs, in partnership with the East Hills Library, are offering children a way to improve their reading skills in a unique and fun environment. This program utilizes therapy dogs as the listeners for children of all ages and reading levels.  Drop in anytime during this 90 minute session.

Join us on this Día de Muertos as we announce the winners of the Skeleton Decorating Contest! We will have multiple category winners in each age group. Light refreshments will be served.

How do dinosaurs drink their tea? With cookies and friends like you and me? Find out at our Tea-Rex Party! Wear your favorite dino gear or tea party best and join us Saturday, November 23rd at 10:30 a.m. for tea, cookies, and dino fun. This program is intended for children ages 3-8. Registration is required.
