Activities will be geared toward ages 3-6.

If you and your child like a variety of crafts, games and movies, join us every Tuesday at Washington Park library! Children of all ages are welcome to attend Tricky Tuesday. 

Our weekly movie event is hosted by professional movie critic Bob Shultz. This week’s movie is Memento (2000) 103 Minutes, R. 

Hard of hearing? We have t-coil looping technology installed in the theater for hearing aids. Thank you to the Sertoma Club of St. Joseph for providing this state-of-the-art technology in the theater!

Bring your wiggly toddlers to a storytime designed just for them!
Children, ages 18 months-3 years, and their caring adults, can participate in early literacy enhancing activities including books, songs, movement activities, finger plays and flannel stories.

Featuring fun crafts that maybe wacky for the time of year. Available every Wednesday. While supplies last.

Not recommended for children under 3.

Walk, crawl or run for storytime at the Carnegie Library. Each session will end with a craft.

Come enjoy Pokémon themed crafts and activities! All supplies are provided. Bring your handheld games, cards, and art to share, battle, and trade with other Pokémon fans! All ages welcome. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Spring storytimes at the Downtown Library Thursdays at 10:30 AM for children birth-5 years old.

Enjoy a couple stories and a craft activity. Make some new friends! We hope to see you there. 

Join us for Lego Club at the East Hills Library! Come meet with fellow LEGO enthusiasts each month for various LEGO challenges. Can you build it?

For grades K and up.

Join us on the third Saturday each month for a fun STEAM activity!

This month we will be working together to create a large marble run using a Chaos Tower Marble Run Kit.

The Book Buddies Pony Express Therapy Dogs, in partnership with the East Hills Library, are offering children a way to improve their reading skills in a unique and fun environment. This program utilizes therapy dogs as the listeners for children of all ages and reading levels.  Drop in anytime during this 90 minute session.

May the 4th be with you. The Friends of Krug Park, City of SJ Parks Department, and St. Joseph Public Library are hosting a free movie at the Krug Park amphitheater. We're showing Solo A Star Wars Story (2018), Rated PG-13. 

The movie will begin after sunset and there will be popcorn and other refreshments for sale.

There is no cost to attend, but donations are welcome to help support the Friends of Krug Park.
