Creating a popsicle Christmas tree ornament is a fun and simple project that adds a touch of handmade charm to your holiday decorations!

Join us for Storytime, where little listeners will cuddle up for a fun-filled story and then bring the tale to life with a hands-on craft adventure! Perfect for tiny hands and big imaginations. Ages 0-6.

If you and your child enjoy a variety of games, crafts, and activities, join us every week for Tricky Tuesday! This program is best for Children ages 6 to 12.

The Book Buddies Pony Express Therapy Dogs, in partnership with the East Hills Library, are offering children a way to improve their reading skills in a unique and fun environment. This program utilizes therapy dogs as the listeners for children of all ages and reading levels.  Drop in anytime during this 90 minute session.

Acompáñanos a ver el clásico navideño El Expreso Polar (2004), película clasificación G, con audio en español y subtítulos en inglés. Habrá palomitas y chocolate caliente para los asistentes, pero puedes traer tus propios snacks y bebidas con tapa. La duración de la película es 1 hora y 40 minutos.

Las puertas se abrirán a las 6 y la película empezará a las 6:30 p.m., cerrándose el acceso al teatro a esa misma hora.

Evento para todas las edades, no requiere registrarse. 

Join us for the Christmas classic The Polar Express (2004) rated G in Spanish with English subtitles. We will provide free hot chocolate and popcorn, but feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks with a lid. The movie has a running time of 1 hour 40 minutes.

The doors will open at 6 and the movie will start at 6:30 p.m., late entry may not be possible.

For all ages, no registration required.

Let us help you wrap holiday gifts for your loved ones. Learn some fun and creative ways to wrap!

*Gifts are not provided. Please limit your items to wrap to 2-3.   

Follow the Yellow Brick Road to the Land of Oz to solve the puzzles and escape the room. Gather your brains, heart, and courage to see if you can escape in 30 minutes or less!

We will have multiple days/times to choose from for the library's Land of Oz Escape Room. Registration will open on Monday, December 8th at 9 a.m. Have one member of your group join the queue here  and a library staff member will call to assign a time slot. This event is best for ages 6 and up and best for groups of 4-6 people. 

Saturday, 12/20, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Sunday, 12/21, 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Monday, 12/22, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

This event is free to attend, but a donation box will be available if you desire to donate to the Friends of the Library.

Come to the library and make a charming Christmas candy jar. Use it as a fun centerpiece, a thoughtful present, or just a place to stash your favorite treat! The possibilities are endless!
