Notary Services

The St. Joseph Public Library offers notary services at the Downtown Library, 927 Felix St. and at the East Hills Library, 502 N. Woodbine Rd.

Notary service is provided to individuals, the service is not intended for businesses.  Notary service is provided at the discretion of the notary.

In order to have a document notarized:

You must have a valid photo ID.

You must wait to sign the document in the presence of the notary.

Any and all parties signing the document must be present.

Please have the document completed before appearing before the notary.
