Low-Key Library Lounge (Ages 12–18)

Looking for a chill spot after school? Inspired by the Silent Book Club, our laid-back lounge is your relaxed hang-out hour. Bring a book, do a quiet craft, scroll with headphones, or just relax. Enjoy snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, phone chargers, and a friendly atmosphere. No reading assignments, no group talks & no pressure.

The first class was so popular, that we are offering it again! Adults are welcome to join Ms. Elizabeth to explore Kinusaiga, a Japanese fabric art form, sometimes called stitch-free patchwork. We will use foam board, fabric scraps, and a craft knife, to create a unique mosiac-like art piece. All supplies provided, but if you have specific fabric scraps you would like to use, feel free to bring them.
