History Speaks is a monthly history program dedicated to showcasing local and regional historical topics that people are interested in. Join us every First Saturday for a new and interesting historical topic about St. Joseph and the world around it. The October speaker is Executive Director, Chelsea Howlett, of the Noyes Home for Children.  Chelsea will speak about Charles Noyes and the organization he and his wife, Serepta, established in 1894.
